Or maybe you're one of the millions of people that have no idea what a 'health coach' is, and you're totally new to this whole idea of 'wellness'. Either way, please allow me to clarify my role as your health coach.
A Health Coach is a wellness professional that assists someone in reaching his or her goals. In my case, I help women who have found themselves 'stuck', wanting more from life but feeling unsure what that 'more' is. They want to feel satisfied and fulfillment but don't know what will get them there. I help them find the passion buried within them and a way to use it in a rewarding, productive, and meaningful way so they can create and accomplish goals.
A woman's goals are as unique as she is, so my method of coaching is equally unique. I personalize my support to help her reach her goals in the most empowering way possible!
I take great pride in putting the woman first. My client is my priority; while I do address every area on my wellness wheel, I allow her to lead, as well as find her own best path for healing. One week may be about her relationships, and another about finances, but ultimately, it's her decision what we address.
